OCR: Creating new layers You can create as many layers as you need to organize the elemer in an illustration. New layers appear at the top of the list on the palette To create new layer: Position the pointer tool on the triangle above the scroll bar on the palette Hold down the mouse button tC open the submenu. Choose "New from the "Layers" palette submenu. Type name for the layer Leave "Visible checked if you want the layer (and elements placed on to be visible. Uncheck the option if you want the laye to be invisible Click "OK Tayers
